What is the estimated delivery timeframe for UAE & GCC?

Within the UAE, orders arrive in 1-3 business days. Deliveries to Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC take 5-7 business days with full tracking. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Are your materials natural?

Our oud wood, oud oils and bakhoor blends are natural materials sourced directly from the trade. Burners, boxes and accessories are handcrafted from natural wood, resin, marble or mother of pearl, depending on the piece.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards for personal fragrance and incense, opened items cannot be returned.

How to Use

Light a charcoal disc with a torch lighter and wait until the surface turns grey and ashen.
Set the lit disc in the burner dish, then place a small piece of bakhoor or oud wood on top.
Let the smoke rise slowly through the room, or leave the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Use tongs to handle hot charcoal and to clear ash between sessions. Keep the room ventilated and never leave a lit burner unattended.
