How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled.

Are your oud oils pure and natural?
Yes. Our raw oud oils are 100% pure agarwood oil with no added carriers or synthetics. Our essence oils are high-quality concentrated fragrance attars.
What is the difference between raw oud oil and essence oil?
Raw oud oil is pure distilled agarwood — traditional, strong, and complex. Essence oils are concentrated fragrance attars inspired by specific scent profiles — more accessible and affordable, available in a wider range of characters. Both are alcohol-free.
What is bakhour / dakhoon?
Bakhour (also spelled bakhoor) is incense made from wood chips or pressed powder, burned on charcoal or an electric burner to fill a space with fragrance. Dakhoon is a GCC term for pressed incense pieces. Both are burned on a burner — the smoke carries the scent through the room.
How do I use a bakhour burner?
Place a small piece of charcoal or an electric disc in the burner. Once heated, place a piece of bakhour on top. The heat releases the scent into the air. Never leave a burning burner unattended.
How much oud oil should I apply?
A very small amount goes a long way. Apply 1–2 drops to pulse points (wrist, neck, behind the ear). Raw oud oil is highly concentrated — less is more.
