Return Policy

If the customer wishes to return an order after delivery, the customer bears the cost of shipping and return.
If the customer returns the order due to a defect or difference in products, the customer does not pay return fees.
In case of a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, with the box and bag.

Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled before delivery, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
If the order is cancelled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
If the order is cancelled before external shipping, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to an unsuitable size or color, the customer will pay exchange fees.
In case of an exchange, the product must be in good condition with the box and bag.

Standard shipping across the UAE: 30 AED
Free shipping on all UAE orders above 250 AED
Estimated delivery time inside the UAE is usually between 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

International Shipping

International shipping rate: 85 AED
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer according to the regulations of the destination country.
