UAE Shipping

Standard shipping across the UAE: AED 30
Estimated delivery within the UAE: 1–3 business days, depending on destination and courier availability
Your delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order

GCC Shipping

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait
Shipping rate to the GCC: AED 85
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance and local courier services

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment. Every order is fully tracked.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped and shipped in protective luxury packaging.

Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You do not pay return fees in this case.
If you wish to return an order for any other reason, the customer bears the cost of shipping and return.
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as delivered, with the original box and bag.
Due to the nature of fragrance and incense products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled before delivery, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
If the order is cancelled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to an unsuitable size or colour, exchange fees apply.
In case of an exchange, the product must be in good condition with the original box and bag.

Customs & Duties

For GCC orders, customs fees, import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer according to the regulations of the destination country.
