Fragrance & Oud Products
Due to hygiene and the nature of concentrated fragrance oils, oud oils, and bakhour, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Bakhour Burners, Boxes & Accessories
- Unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971529620009 with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a refund.
